Arriving

We ask that you give your stylist the courtesy of arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment start time, to allow ample time to find parking. Those who are running more than 10-15 min late may be asked to reschedule or to forgo part of the service to fit into their allotted time slot.




Deposits and Retainers

New hair extension installations require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your appointment. This allows hair to be purchased and helps ensure that a booked apointment isn't abandoned. The retainer will be applied to your total cost of services for your extension installation, providing the appointment was attended. If an installation appointment is cancelled for any reason, the retainer will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. After hair has been purchased and installed, it becomes non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your installaion, for any reason, your stylilst will do their best to make an adjustment to meet your expectations. All services are non-refundable.




Children

The environment in a salon is meant to be a getaway from the stresses of daily life. In order for it to stay that way, children must be properly supervised for the safety and satisfaction of all. We ask that children only be present when and if being provided a service. Chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects are present at all times, making it very dangerous for children. Please arrange separate supervision for children during your appointment so that you may relax and fully enjoy your service. If childcare cannot be arranged, you may be asked to rescheulde your appointment




Parking

Metered parking is available on the street, or in the attached PARTA garage. Meters accept coins and credit cards and have a 2 hour parking limit. If you are receiving color, highlighting, or extension services, we ask that you kindly park in the garage, due to the time it take to complete these services, and so that you can avoid any possibility of a parking ticket. The enterance to the PARTA garage is located on Depeyster Street. 

Sunkissed Hair Collective LLC assumes no liability for loss or damage sustained to vehicles while parked, or responsibility for any tickets or fines that may occur from improper parking.




Personal Belongings

Sunkissed Hair Collective is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal belongings including clothing and accessories, that may occur during your services. We ask that your wear clothing that you don't mind getting stained, as accidents do occur.
